获取“圆角”类型 (RoundedCornerShape)。

这种形状的边角会根据布局方向自动镜像。 在 Ltr (从左到右) 布局中，topStart 对应左上角； 在 Rtl (从右到左) 布局中，topStart 会自动对应右上角。
