为 androidx.compose.foundation.layout.Column 提供常用的水平对齐方式工厂接口。

Column 的 horizontalAlignment 参数用于指定子项在水平方向上的摆放方式。本接口提供了三种常见选项：

getStart：子项在起始边（Start）对齐；
getCenterHorizontally：子项水平居中；
getEnd：子项在结束边（End）对齐。
